Don't Get Snarky with Melissa

Your penance will be something outside of your comfort zone. Something you KNOW you need to be able to achieve, but somehow just don't think it's possible. Here's what I accomplished yesterday afternoon before heading out for "date night" and this morning:

It's not much yet, haven't gotten to the hard parts yet. Have a small, unplanned "design detail" but it's a start.

More later on how this came to be, but got to get the kids to a play date before they take the car keys and drive themselves.

You go, Kathy! You know you can do it.

I, on the other hand, am admiring the Charlene Schurch book I got from the library, imagining my chance to get over to WEBS for sock yarn, psyching myself up for this task...

and that is about it so far. :)

After you hung up on Saturday I thought, "well, either she got it or she snapped her double pointed needles in half and threw them in the fire." =D

I'm so glad it was the former! Hah! Congratulations! Maneuvering double pointed needles is probably one of the biggest humps to get over. It's all downhill from here!
